Six Sigma: Putting Data in Context

Data have no meaning apart from their context. One of the best ways to put data in context is in a time series, such as a Control Chart (Process Behavior Chart). Here, Denton Bramwell shows the consequences of using data without context: reaching a very wrong conclusion in a very public article.
