My Ins are: - off of screens (phone, iPad, computer) more than on screens outside of work (computer programming would be hard not in front of a computer 40 hours a week 😆) - eating without judgement and fueling my body properly - sunshine, absolutely agree with you that even a 5-10 minute walk outside really does wonders for my mental health - treating myself like I treat my best friends Outs: - apologizing for things that don't need an apology - make fun of things that I enjoy. sometimes when I talk about hobbies I enjoy, I make a joke out of it when...I can say I enjoy something without judging myself or assuming others are judging it - underestimating myself

I am glad you are back to normal activity since your knee surgery. I have watching you for about over a year and enjoy learning what you do as a flight attendant. I also like see all the places you go. A lot of people don't have the means to go places, as I said I like to learn about the places you go and see all beautiful places.. My wife and I are middle aged and began to travel more and learn about the different cultures around the world, thanks for what you do and keep up the good work. I was in customer service business also and people get really ugly and nasty, listen to them but don’t the only people that matter are family and close friends. Even friends come and go so don’t always trust them. Have a great year and Luna loves you home snuggling in bed. lol your thoughts are in the right place. Also keep working out weather walking or lifting weights it keeps your head clear.

As far as work goes, just remember what i think i heard you say once and that is when you are done with the flight, if someone got upset with you, just remember that you will most likely never see them again. I just loved the way Luna just stayed by your side when you came home from the hospital. It is kind of ironic, but i am working on trying to make sure i get enough sleep just like you are doing

It’s a lot of moving parts. I think we all have these stressors and it’s like a big puzzle to finally figure out and reset what works. I am glad you are healing! Like your list list of goals for the new year. All very particular and sensible. A good diet and rest are very important. A Chinese doctor once said , instead of running in hopes of a long life which uses up your breaths, go take a nape. Live in the now, don’t get over loaded and remember God, nothing in this world will go with us, only that which brings us closer to the one that created you. I'm glad everything went well with your knee surgery. I remember mine being done back in 2016 and even though I was on crutches for about 2-3 weeks, I know exactly how it feels and that the physical therapy part was actually worse than the operation its self. Mine of course has healed quite well but of course I still feel pain occasionally when the air pressure drops. I'm glad you don't let negativity bother you either and I can't imagine how or why anyone would have anything negative to say about you. I don't let it bother me either. I'm too old for all of that drama. I always tell my daughter be who you are, don't try and be someone else or compare yourself to some one else. If someone is trying to talk bad about you or make you feel bad, they are usually the one with the problem. If you don't give them the attention they are seeking out for by trying to make you feel bad, well then they are going to move on and seek attention from someone else. Everyone is unique for a reason and God made you who you are for a reason. Your content is fabulous and so are you, keep up the great work. Thank you for sharing. Glad to see you back Julia and feeling really good with your knee and about yourself. Missed you being gone. I was in customer service business also and people get really ugly and nasty, listen to them but don’t the only people that matter are family and close friends. Even friends come and go so don’t always trust them. Have a great year and Luna loves you home snuggling in bed. lol your thoughts are in the right place. Also keep working out weather walking or lifting weights it keeps your head clear.

Great vlog as always, Julia. Good luck on your in's and out's. As far as work goes, just remember what i think i heard you say once and that is when you are done with the flight, if someone got upset with you, just remember that you will most likely never see them again. I just loved the way Luna just stayed by your side when you came home from the hospital. It is kind of ironic, but i am working on trying to make sure i get enough sleep just like you are doing

Aww I’m so glad you are back. I can tell by your goals you’ve had some stressors this year. It seems like you have a plan. I like your goals and your sensible plans to fix things. It’s a lot of moving parts. I think we all have these stressors and it’s like a big puzzle to finally figure out and reset what works. I am glad you are healing! I’m sorry anyone has been mean to you and can only imagine it’s out of jealousy or just the lack of mental stability in their own life. You just be you. We love you! First off, nice to see you back again. Missed you. You are looking absolutely radiant. The rest must have done its job. Glad to know your knee healed well. Like your list list of goals for the new year. All very particular and sensible. A good diet and rest are very important. A Chinese doctor once said , instead of running in hopes of a long life which uses up your breaths, go take a nape. Live in the now, don’t get over loaded and remember God, nothing in this world will go with us, only that which brings us closer to the one that created you. Be selfless and love even those that criticize you. Be safe looking forward to your trips this year 🌹🌹❤️❤️

Glad you surgery went well. Its been a long time that we have had been interacting. (even in this very lop sided way.) I watched most of this, and completely agree that you need to only take the positive out of social media, and ignore the negative. When this no longer is fun, you will know its time to stop. But, when that happens, I will miss both your videos, and my comments back.

Welcome back! glad to see you again, and Ms Luna of course. As a army veteran, I've had that same surgery on both knees twice each. glad you're doing well and back posting great videos for all of us! keep up the great work.
I'm glad everything went well with your knee surgery. I remember mine being done back in 2016 and even though I was on crutches for about 2-3 weeks, I know exactly how it feels and that the physical therapy part was actually worse than the operation its self. Mine of course has healed quite well but of course I still feel pain occasionally when the air pressure drops. I'm glad you don't let negativity bother you either and I can't imagine how or why anyone would have anything negative to say about you. I don't let it bother me either. I'm too old for all of that drama.
I always tell my daughter be who you are, don't try and be someone else or compare yourself to some one else. If someone is trying to talk bad about you or make you feel bad, they are usually the one with the problem. If you don't give them the attention they are seeking out for by trying to make you feel bad, well then they are going to move on and seek attention from someone else. Everyone is unique for a reason and God made you who you are for a reason. Your content is fabulous and so are you, keep up the great work. Thank you for sharing. I love watching your videos, I can't wait to see the next one. Luna is so adorable! 😊
