Ignoring the other guy's useless reply, they are just different fights completely. Inferno in OSRS is simply a battle of attrition with the 68 waves before zuk. If zuk was the only fight people would easily get it in 2-3 attempts. The real pressure is the knowledge that one misstep means a wasted two to four hours(for learners). Zuk is not actually that interesting of a fight. The most engaging mechanic in the fight is jad, which isn't saying much. You just click boss, kill the sets, kill jad, kill healers, click boss, all while walking back and forth. Some people can't handle the nerves but I really believe inferno is a stubbornness test and not a skill test.
Zuk in rs3 is a bit different as you're required to grind the fuck out of it, so it's difficult, but eventually becomes easy since you get very used to it. That being said, I really enjoy rs3 Zuk
