Unfortunately most of that water will be contaminated, raw sewage from both septic tanks and water treatment plants, plus the agricultural harms from dying/dead animals and farm chemicals including diesel, oil and gasoline.
That's one hell of a lot of work for people who really can't afford the repairs.

That's a lot of water 🥺💔 ironically, it's so contaminated now, it's not safe to drink or bath in. Is there a map that shows where all these places are? How wide is the flooding?

Also as an avid drone flyer make sure you know the laws in your place, i.e. maintaining visual line of sight of the drone etc.
I know one guy who had his drone confiscated and had to pay upwards of a 10K fine.
I hope these people get the help they need to rebuild.
