Encouraging to see someone else who has as many WIPs as I do😜 I did a fancy lady once….a Lavender & Lace design… Angel of Freedom. Took me forever, but did finish…spent a fortune on frame, but has been so worth it. Blown away by your wips - all so beautiful. Keep posting, Kat, you’re amazing! Sorry about the COVID-that stuff is sooo nasty…take care to fully recover. It’s 32f in Dallas, Texas & windy….so, brrr, but sun is out so it’s going to be a great stitchy day. At this time in Melbourne Australia it is a beautiful day it is 21c and sunny with a beautiful blue sky. I know you are in winter and I hope in you day you are cosy and warm. Happy New year .

Firstly, a Happy New Year Kat and I hope you feel better soon. I have been through all my pieces and ditched those I am not going to finish and have been in the cupboard for years. I have finally made a small start on my Mystic Stitch Fractal and want to work on it fairly constantly. I am also doing a small Christmas Ornament for 2024 which was supposed to be done on perforated paper but am doing it on aida and will make, I hope, it into a stand up ornament. I admire all your projects and wish you all the best with them all and look forward to seeing updates. I also have a lot of sewing to do this year so will be alternating the sewing machine with cross stitching. Look forward to more videos from you and thank you for all your help and advice over 2023. May 2024 be a great year for you.

Happy New Year 🎉 I currently have four WIPs, one of which will be finished either today or tomorrow. The second one should be finished by the middle of January, with the third finished by the middle of February and then I’ll decide whether to continue to work on the fourth one or to start something new. The one I am working on now is my first project since returning to cross stitch after a 30 year hiatus - so glad I returned to cross stitch as I am loving it. It’s much easier on my arthritic hands than my knitting or quilting.
