Castle Homecoming is getting quite a lot of love right now so I can get my end of Feb finish, and it has been fun to see each part revealed 😄 My fave part is the sea monster!
Kat, you absolutely crack me up! I love that you change your plans/ideas from video to video, that's the absolute beauty of our hobby! I loooove the Hubble Telescope design, I'm intrigued to see you stitch it and then I'll likely go and buy it - I'm struggling to justify the cost of it at the moment!!! We need a Dr Tim reaction to it as you're stitching, if he's willing, I'd love to hear him discuss the astronomy behind each piece, etc... just an idea!! ;)
If I put a pound in a jar every time I changed my mind I could probably afford to kit up a fancy lady every single week 😂 I guess it keeps things interesting though! That is such a great idea to get the Dr Tim reaction to the Wonders of the JWST SAL; I am definitely going to see if I can persuade him to do this! Thank you so much for the awesome suggestion 😄

It was indeed you! I love your comments, they always make me giggle and that one was just soooo true that I had to share it 😂 I know I'm very much in a minority but I quite like French knots! Fractionals a bit less so, and I think I'll be doing this on Aida which is less good for fractionals but I'm sure I'll cope...might depend how many there are! I'm so glad my video brightened your day and I hope you did indeed get some stitching done 🤞😄
Omg I’m so happy there’s another “football stitcher” 😂 My husband follows all the football (sky and TNT) and rather than go upstairs away from him, I sit on the other couch and use the time to “happy stitch”. He coined the phrase “happy stitch” cos he didn’t like the sound of “cross” stitch cos it sounds like I’m mad 😂😂
I love that phrase "happy stitch" 😆 It's definitely appropriate as I look forward to football matches since I know it's dedicated stitching time 🪡😄 Tim only watches the Liverpool matches so it's only 1-2 games per week, unless there's a big competition with England to watch ⚽
Love the stitching tracker by Teresa Little Stitcher! Your squirrel finish is adorable! ❤ I'm considering getting the Chatelaine Butterfly Lace sometime in the future, but it has a LOT of beading on it, which I've never done. I have several small Mill Hill beaded projects in my cart on 123Stitch to use for practice. 😂 Your stitching is lovely, as always. 😊
Oh yes, the Chatelaine designs are incredible but I actually am not sure if I love the look of soooo much beading, and really not sure I'd love actually doing it. I am still nervous about getting to the beading on my fancy ladies! Practicing on a smaller kit sounds like a great idea; I'm excited to see these 😄
Oh no...I think we must have our wires crossed, maybe I was confusing...I wish I could do 5000 stitches in 3 days!! 500-700 stitches in a day would be usual for me...maybe 1000 if it's easy and I literally only do stitching and nothing else 😂
