[No Fold] the world's easiest way to make croissant

    but it's hard work
    let's make it easy
    250g bread flour (strong flour)
    135g water
    10g eggs (omit if not present)
    25g sugar
    5g salt
    5g yeast
    20g room temperature unsalted butter
    (filling) room temperature unsalted butter 110g
    1. After fermenting at room temperature for 30 minutes, you can make a more savory croissant by fermenting it in the refrigerator for at least 1 to 12 hours at low temperatures.
    2. It is difficult to make croissants in summer when the temperature is over 30 degrees.
    3. Be sure to use soft butter (do not melt it in a microwave, take it out of the refrigerator a few hours before work)
    4. When cutting, cut the croissant to the size you want to eat. (However, 4~6mm thickness is recommended)
    5. If you apply egg water (1 egg + 1 spoon of water) instead of milk, a shiny roast color appears

    This recipe is amazing. I made them this afternoon. They are so perfect. I have made them the difficult way several times. It was exhausting and I had to keep a window open in winter. These are just incredible.The little bonus waffle was wonderful too.

    Just made this and omg! Truly the easiest croissant recipe yet with amazing result! Many Flaky layers inside, crisp outside just like croissant made the traditional way. I won't do it the traditional way anymore, too much work:)

    Hmm. They don't seem to have quite as many layers. I wonder if doing a second roll, spread of butter and rolling and chilling before shaping, would improve them? That would seem likely to me. It would still be easier than all the usual rolling and folding. Might have to try that!

    버터가 많이 들어가네요 그래도 겨울철에 한번쯤 만들어보기 좋은거 같아요
    제빵시 스크래퍼 없어도 다른 기구 이용해서 반죽 분리나 펴바르기 적당히 해도 맛에 영향은 크게 없겠지요?
    크로와상 반죽 굴릴때 앞에 실밥 붙은게 뭔가 되게 내적친밀감 느껴져서 조금 웃었어요ㅋㅋㅋㅋ

    질문이 있는데요 ... 다른분들은 평평하게 펴서 1:1 여러번 접고 냉장보관을 반복하며 하던데
    위와같이 롤카스테라 만들듯이 돌돌말아서 하시고 결과도 잘 나오는거 보니 신기하고 더 쉽겠다는 생각이 드는군요
    2가지 방법중 장단점이 있는건가요 ? 결과물에 차이는 없을런지요?
