I truly enjoy handfeeding my baby birds. Theres nothing like watching them grow and develop from one day to the next. The bond you have with them is unmatched. Iys a lot of work ,expense,and time ,but well worth any sacrifices made. This is just precious.❤

I try not to pull mine until 2-3wks old and let parents feed because they need crop milk and antibodies but sometimes new parents dont do well and sometimes dad picks on chicks or even kills them.

My parrot died last November and I miss him so much. I’m currently doing research into incubation and hand rearing and I really think it’s the path my life is going to take. Thanks for this great video

This just reminds me of the egg I found out on the ground and the mother never came to it so I decided to take it in although I didn’t have the stuff I needed for it I somehow kept it alive and it turned out to be a pigeon but this just brought back so much memories
