DIY Paper Bag Floor Collage

This is a project we did in 2017 in Kitchener, Ontario. The process was really tested and tried and it has stood up over time. I could simply use another coat of varathane. You can be quite creative as you can see. I added leaf shape musical score and other cut pieces, as well as leaving some areas plain. Weldbond is non toxic. The thicker it is the better. What a wonderful DIY floor filled with nature and love.

Very cool, does the acrylic paint mess up the paper or is it all compatible?

It’s all water based and compatible. I would use roplex in art school but can’t find it anymore. Cement sealer seemed

@@in_8_ly Cement sealer? Do you mean the Weldbond? I have used that on everything in my home ( interior)LOL. Mixed it with joint compound to add elasticity and covered a very odd lathe and plaster garage ceiling I made,it worked really well.
