ANC Secretary General Fikile Mbalula says the party's elections campaign effectively begins this weekend at the Moses Mabhida Stadium. Party leaders have been crisscrossing the length and breadth of the province urging members and supporters to come in their numbers for the launch of the party's Manifesto. The ANC Secretary General also called on party members to exercise maximum restraint and not get physical with Jacob Zuma's newly formed political project uMkhonto We-Sizwe.
