Here in the America OHSA would have shut that whole operation down for unsafe working condition. But to do all of that work by hand and working out doors in the heat, I give them 2 Thumbs Up 👍👍.
These guys are phenomenal! I love how they do everything freehand, especially the paintwork towards the end. Watching them tape off and paint that bus like it was nothing :)

If someone dies, there are plenty more where he came from. It's no wonder they out pace every other country of the world, they treat employees like crap! Human beings deserve to be treated well. They won't live long like this!
I am in North America and one of my machine was out of commission for eight months because nobody knows how to repair anything. They just recommend you to replace with new parts only. Yes they can definitely improve safety but you must appreciate the amazing skills and work they perform with limited resources.
