I only found you by accident,I'm from Limerick but after travelling and migration to countries for love in my 20+30s, but I was always chasing,chasing what? Well I found out when I worked in Amsterdam and after a year I smoked crack,it did something to my brain so because I couldn't stop thinking about it in work I eventually came home, anyway I'm settled in Galway but I'm stuck on methadone, Even though I don't use and have managed to avoid alcohol and get to know my family, what matters most , when you see that it changes your outlook and output,I am very able and in touch with myself,I believe in respect for the people who respect me or disrespect because they ain't where you are,I respect them as I know that they don't mean it,we are a angry bunch but that anger is only reserved now for our new open door policy,I'm finding it hard to internalise and easier to externalise, take bad chakra and turn it into positive mental health,done the Minnesota treatment and the methadone keeps me able to be clean for 8 years
