Thankyou PJ. That was an excellent stretching session which really helped my right shoulder which has slightly less mobility than my left (a small injury 20 years ago and maybe some tightness as the dominant side). I was glad there was no music on this session, I was able to hear your prompts clearly.
I have really enjoyed the challenge, eager every morning to hit the mat even when it's cold and dark here in the Pyrenees. You are a wonderful trainer!

I'm a day behind, which is a good thing. I don't know what I did, but before this workout I was all knotted up in my neck and shoulders. I felt so bad, I almost didn't push play. Thankfully, I did. I feel so much better now. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart! You are amazing!

That felt so good. I broke my left arm at the elbow four years ago and while I have built the strength back up, the left shoulder is always tight and hurts first when lifting. I'm saving this one as a favorite to come back to again and again!

In my early and mid 50’s I had frozen shoulder in both shoulders at different times. Since then I have strengthened them, and do my best to keep them strong so that I never experience that pain again.

Haaaaa I needed this so bad after yesterday 😅
Had to sit on a yoga block hips were not playing ball with me today 😅
But afterwards I went for a swim but even this morning I woke to my shoulders sore but the up and over part of the warm up my shoulders keep popping becomes annoying then I'm afraid I do to much it'll start to hurt
Anyway less of moaning

Thanks PJ! I can manage all these stretch. However, I believe my shoulders are weak and I can’t do the shoulder raise along the wall with hands and elbows on the wall along the way. If u have stretches that could target problems like mine, pls let me know
Thats not strength, that's mobility. So, try this lying on your back (knees bent) and then progress to the wall.
