You should depend on Arthur's honor, he will say something different at the end of the mission.
If the honor is high, he will say that he misses Sean and that he was like an annoying little brother to him and that they had great fun riding together.
If the honor is low, he will say that Sean has been killed in an ambush and that there is still no sign of the confederate gold.
Or the other dialogue with low honor: Sean has been killed. His head shot half off in an ambush. Still no confederate gold...but a shit load of trouble.

@@GavoFring In Act 1 of RDR1, the mission, "A Welshman, a Frenchman, and an Irishman".John meets "Irish", a stereotypical alcoholic Irishman, who is supposedly showing John where to find a Gatling Gun. During the ride out to Lake Don Julio, Irish says, "You dont know who youre dealing with", to which John replies with the above quote. Irish and Sean are very similar - I prefer Sean by a looooongshot. By the way, I've played RDR1 so much, I didnt even need to check the wiki for any info from this reply. All from memory.

@@squidbobtanglepants1921 Completely agree with you - masterpieces, the both of them. Also, the only reason I was proud of remembering the stuff was the name of the Lake and the Mission lol. The other stuff - simple. Grant it its all simple, but I just felt happy remembering the name. Just started a new RDR1 playthrough today, about to hit Fort Mercer. Also playing RDR2. Not as much, but currently in Guarma.
@@alexanderlazowski7562 I remember a bunch of quotes from the mind as well. My favourite is "You can only shit on people for so long until thay decide it's their turn to pull down the pants". John said that while being chased by some West Dickens' unsatisfied costumers.

Very witty😁 I also like how he sees the ambush coming where the others had no clue, like he is always paying attention and very perceptive. That’s why he was the number 1 enforcer in the gang.

I dunno about you guys but I found this really surprising and shocking when Sean died. Just comes out of no where but the warning signs were there both families realised early on but both used the gang to attack each other. And I was gutted when Sean died just made me want to kill them more!

I found Sean to be incredibly annoying most of the time. But when I did that one mission with him where you burn some crops, I started to genuinely like the guy. And then he got shot in the fucking face. Dick move, Rockstar.

This mission bothered me so much. In a good way. Before it started I just felt something bad. The road is blocked, an empty town with just a few MEN out there. Then they start encircling! All of them looking at the men while pretending they weren't. Such an amazing set up to an ambush. I don't know how they fell for that though. Sean and Arthur tried telling them. Such a shame Bill didn't die. At least Micah wasn't a total moron.
Seeing Sean get his brains blown out in pc version looks even more realistic lol 😂

You should use your both holsters. I always use two Schofield revolver. From shotguns I use pump shotgun.

I played this game through 5 times and it just occured to me that Arthur, seeing Micah as a threat for the gang, could have killed Micah right there, or at least let him be killed, and easely lied to Dutch about what happened. But he was no back stabber.
Arthur is loyal to the gang, and Micah is part of that gang. We only see him as serious threat with hindsight. To Arthur in-game, Micah is one of the best gunman he know and Dutch trusted him. Even though he was acting like a brute.
