You have a lot of movement with your rackethead before your stroke, which takes a lot of time, when the balls are getting faster you dont have enough time to bring the racket head back (0:37). Try to be more stable while hitting and keep pressure on the back foot, thats where to power comes from through the core to the racket. (not lifting it like at 0:46) Good luck :)
