@@tim.noonan Eh, I would imagine they would do it just like all of these where they have a fake name for the CEO, but either way, parody is protected as a part of free speech, so its already an uphill battle for him. I'm not a lawyer, but I believe that since CH is based out of LA, the trial would likely have to take place in CA which has pretty strong anti-SLAPP laws which are meant to prevent people like Musk from bringing frivolous suits to silence people. If the defense files a motion to have the case thrown out and its granted, then the plaintiff (Musk in this instance) could be liable for CH's attorney fees, and it could even open up the opportunity for CH to countersue for abuse of the legal system.
All that being said, Musk has shown that he has very little understanding of free speech or laws, so I wouldn't be surprised if he tried.

That "Blue Lives To Live" drama sounds oddly like _Chicago P.D.,_ a show that, after watching several seasons while visiting my parents, I can only describe as "what if we framed constant, rampant police corruption and abuse of power as totally cool and necessary?"
Like, there's literally an episode where a guy murders two kids as part of a drug house attack, and they use a totally unproven facial recognition system to track down a guy over it, and they get him killed by throwing him in holding to try and coax a fucking confession which gets him stabbed and stuck in the ICU where he later dies. Then, they find out the real culprit was part of the gang that got stolen from, and proceed to ENGAGE IN A COVERUP by leaking the new guys identity to the leader of the gang and then BLAME THE INNOCENT MAN THEY KILLED FOR THE ! MURDER SO THAT THE COP WHO SUGGESTED THEY USE THE FACIAL RECOGNITION SOFTWARE DOESNT LOSE HIS JOB.
Basically every episode has some kind of bullshit like that.

Listen, cop shows are always designed to show police as always good, simply because if they don't then people would realize that having police is a bad idea (yes I am biased but shhhh). And since they can't convince people the police are non-violent, they often try to paint the violence as a necessary evil, if not outright a good thing. That way they can justify the need to have police be violent so they can make more profitable cop shows.
That all being said... This is *insanely* egregious. I don't think even real life police are this routinely fucked up, and I'm an anarchist! Oh my gods!
