Basically 5 years late but I’ve read about this school and this is what COULD be going on. The charity the man is talking about i think is the trust which gave money to the school to run ( i know this trust is giving money to the school and is now paying for windows and classrooms ect to be renovated and fixed) the upstairs is boarded off because the floor was deemed unsafe and the man is actually a security person who lives there or just simply makes sure people dont cause trouble. This is why the classrooms are all set up ect because it was revealed that the school may not have actually done anything wrong and was shut down because there was only 9 students and it wasn’t meeting a satisfactory education level type thing. The trust is actually trying to get the school running again but are struggling because it now has a bad stigma to it due to the raid. I’m not sure why they thought the school was called an extremist school ( think the leader of the school was linked to a group but not completely sure) and the school has had lots of money being invested into it to renovate or get it back running which is why the man Is saying its a charity and they are trying to get it running again, think there’s been part of it made into flats but this was in 2016 so not sure about the rest of the school now. Not 100% sure if this is all right but think its something along the lines of. *EDIT* he’s talking about the newspapers being wrong i think because they all were saying it was an extremist type thing going on and then revealed years later it may not of actually been

Somethings not right here, the guy mentioned that the newspaper isn't right, and of course it was a training facility for terrorism. So he was bringing that back up. Everything the guy was saying made me feel uncomfortable. The people who are living there are either homeless or doing something super fishy. He also kept mentioning students go there. But no way is that place humane enough for education nor would it be legal because of the environment condition.
