You need a raise no matter how much your getting! Just beautiful work.
HH thank you! I really appreciate it!
the best of all your work, is the creativity of your drawings min 2:36, Lol
Frickin’ Freshy Son!!!! Mad props! I aspire to one day reach your levels. I’m learning a ton, now that I bought my own rig finally. I should’ve done it sooner, damn broke I was. Anyhow, thanks for the videos. You’re a great welding instructor. Thanks for sharing your knowledge.
Great welding, miles of perfect!
Very nice work brother
Very tidy, Id be happy if I could do half as well in steel , let alone alloy.
As always top of the game welding.....I hope your boss is paying you well for work like that😜👍 look forward to more video’s
Very nice work Max, I don't get as much Tig as I'd like, especially Alluminium, but I was doing Alluminium on Friday and Tig on Bizaloy plates today. Some time next week I'll be Tigging Stellite, so it's always changing, after two months of Mig on steel.
Those must be some world class boats you're building.!👑
Thanks!
Hallo, tolle Arbeit, wunderbare Arbeit.
Didier.
Dale ya man stack those dimes !
Great, beautiful work👻👻👻👻👻
Unreal... So good!
What a blast that 3/4" or so bracket looked like! Like a 280-300amp weld :) NOICE! all the way around bud, top of your game!
Ya man and some helium!
Nice job!
Mate you are are awesome at your job looks brilliant 👍
I enjoy your videos. Can you also include the rod size and grade your using. Thanks
Man you are good
Thanks dude!
You are the MAESTRO OF ALUMINUM. I predict great things for you.
Thanks bud!
Nice Work
Thanks for the videos! You have any information or video for welding marine anodized aluminum with the invert 221 machine?
I’m sitting here in my living room talking about you with Peter. 👍🏼
Awesome! Tell Peter I said Hi!
nice
No need for a tig welding course, I see...😉🙂 very nice stuff..
Amazing quality welds as usual, production is following suit.
Quick question buddy, what brand and grit sandpaper do you recommend for the HF bench sander (intercooler piping/stainless steel piping)? Also any tips of how to grind pipe edges as close to flat as possible?
Cracked welds 1:35
Whatever they’re paying you I’ll bet it’s not enough. That’s artwork.
Thanks!
Your a machine man!
Awesome work bud, you definitely have a gift my friend
Thanks Dave! Hows the practice coming along?
I've run out of gas lol...have to grab another bottle this week... I really need alot of practice though I have no consistency at the moment
@@davemaga2999 haha i hate running out of gas! Just keep practicing the flat bead on plate and itll start coming together
Will do man, ill email you some shots of some of the welds...I'm no max hemphill but its good for a laugh hehe
@@davemaga2999 haha sounds good bud!
Класс 👍👍👍🤓
DaaaM 👍🏼👍🏼
Thanks Ryan!
Are you still using a Syncrowave, or has your company switched over to transformer machines?
Are the bolts used in these projects typically all stainless steel? Awesome work!!
Thanks! And yes all stainless!
On those long runs like on 2:19, how far do you go on a run before you stop?
I either run until i run out of filler or until im uncomfortable
Flawless work brotha is that a 1 off boat or is that one those kits u can buy
Each of these parts are for different boats. We have a standard model but most are custom boats
Can u show us the welder in action welding this. Because this welds dont look like the ones u do in ur vids. I might be wrong
Its the same. It might look different because i hardly get thick aluminum jobs at my home shop!
What kind of welder you use at work?
Syncrowave 250s and dynasty 280s
Amazing work. What’s the setup for welding these? Gas lens? Could you share welder settings?
Ya usually a gas lens #7 with the least amount of cfh i can run. Usually about 12-15 cfh. 70% balance. My frequency is anywhere from 90 to 200
@@concreteshitstains no mostly 3/32" i dont use much 1/8"
@@5thStreetFab maybe explain to the subscribers that when u use helium ...you can do it with 3/32 tungsten and a smaller welder ...your probably doing a Y mix , that's why there is no soot on the welds ...many ways to skin a cat ...
Is there a crack on your bottom tacks @ 1:39-1:41.
Great welds overall looks beautiful.
Hi sir please welding training and job help me
At 1:35 two welds are cracked. Are they not important?
Looks more like a temporary heatsink to prevent warping. They will be cut loose.
The two Tacks to the thicker piece don't matter, because when it cools right down those base pieces will be removed and the tacks ground back flush and buffed to look like the rest. When you weld to one side of a plate it will warp, so you stich it to a thicker piece to reduce the warpage and remove it later, that base area may need to be machined flat if it has to attatch to something else.
welds are looking good, but please flip that phone 90°.
Sorry these are all my instagram clips and for instagram you film vertical

Do most of the parts get anodized or powder coated
Just regular paint mostly
If u can do that and working for someone... something is wrong with you
Haha hopefully soon i wont have to work for someone else!
