Resident Evil 1.5 - How to find Sherry's pocket watch in the sewers as Leon

There's a retro achievement (Needle in a Haystack) that requires you to find Sherry's Pocket Watch as Leon.
It is hidden in the sewers and requires a crank to access the room where the item can be found, hope this helps!
