U.S.S. Miguel's last Escape - Resident Evil: Outbreak File#2

After being left behind to die, USS Miguel desperately seeks a way to escape from Raccoon City, as he knows it's about to get struck by missiles.
In the Umbrella's Research Facility, he temporarily teams up with Linda and Carter, while also co-operating from time to time with a Nurse named Elena and a civilian named Phillip, the latter whom had previously escaped from the Subway Station.
In the Nest, our protagonists push through B.O.Ws. to try and reach the exit, as USS Rodriguez is waiting for them so he can take them out of the City through a Chopper, but things won't be as easy since they will have to fight against Umbrella's darkest creatures along the way.
Will they all successfully escape?

He's a File#3 NPC that can be unlocked with gameshark/codebreaker.
I personally downloaded a memory card from obsrv.org which has all NPCs already unlocked.
