Till this day i still don't understand how people is okay with mixing sweet jam or honey with salty savory meat or why people put raw meat on their sandwitch.
There’s gotta be some combination of opposite flavors that you yourself like, so the same applies to people that like this form of sandwich. It’s just personal preference. Also, the meat isn’t raw, it’s smoked.
If I didn’t know any better, I’d say this guy really likes sandwiches.
