Here's what you'll need:
3/4 cup unsalted butter (170g) softened
1 tablespoon oil (not in the video)
1 cup sugar (200g)
3 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla (5ml)
2 and 1/2 cup cake flour (250g) or all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder (10g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
1/2 cup whole milk (125ml)
1/4 cup unsweetened pure cocoa powder (25g)
*1 cup cake flour=100 grams
*1 cup sugar = 200 grams
Bake in a 6 cup bundt pan, at 160C or 320F for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted.

La receta perfecta para panque marmoleado. *Sale muy suave así que dejenlo reposar 10 min en su molde previamente engrasado muuy bien.
*Yo utilicé 140 gr de mantequilla y 20 ml de aceite para darle más humedad, esto lo agregué después de acremar la mantequilla con el azúcar
*Los huevos los batí en una taza aparte para romper su estructura y los fui agregando en tres partes.
*Hornée por 1hr a 160-170 C y quedó suave

Hi.. Can i know when you beat the butter did u used medium speed or medium high?
Another good recipe I love to have a plan like that when you divided the better was it a cup measure you used three times just want to make sure the battery is evenly and really like how you still keep the American measurements thank you very much have a blessed evening I have a 6 and 10 cup bunit pan ill have to add the one u are using when i can find

I’ve substituted oil for butter (never personally used margarine) several times, same amount that the recipe calls for and the only difference I noticed is the taste. With oil, the cake remains soft for days. With butter, it slightly hardens especially when the cake is placed in the fridge. That’s why bakers use oil and butter together, for flavor and texture as well. Hope that helps.
