Unsalted butter 150g｜2/3cup

I agree. As a baker I’m stunned by this method but I still want that end result so I’ll follow it anyway. I do still think they should’ve (because it’s the proper way) melted the butter and folded it in with the dry ingredients as done in fat based sponges but I mean I guess it doesn’t really matter if the end result is still appealing to me, I’ll do any method!
Other popular marble cake videos had thumbnails where the cake looked duller and had a drier, heavier crumb, but not here. This one looked so moist, shiny, and tender with a darker chocolate swirl, so I had to watch.

I just tried this method with new recipe for flour and milk powder. Its turn out sooo good. The texture same as in video. Dense but moist. The only issue is I keep worry because I need to mix the flour too long because its difficult to make it homogen. Btw thank you for the new method😍

I have tried this recipe 2 times. The first one, I replaced the butter with full margarine because at my place butter is expensive. Second, 80% butter and 20% margarine. All cakes rise beautifully, the texture is indeed dense but soft and moist. Thank you Apron.

I’ve tried this recipe & follow all the steps. Just adding few drops of vanilla paste. This is it!! I’ve been looking for this type of cake which I have had when I was small. Tq ❤❤
Hi... Mine doesn't look like as in the video when I add the butter to the whisked eggs it doesn't curdle it just in liquidy state where I am going wrong and also my batter is not as smooth also I can see the butter clumps in it.
@@ayeshascorner9937 Hi i think the temperature of your ingredients are not the same..all your ingredients should be in room temperature
@@ayeshascorner9937 your butter should be VERY soft, really at room temperature, if not you can not mix well.

@@dominiquekalo1534 non, comme sur la vidéo, vous montez les 4 œufs entiers, avec le sucre, jusqu'à obtenir une sorte de mousse presque blanche, (avec le robot puissance 6 pendant environ 5min)😊

I don't think it is a moist cake. It should be rather dry but very tasty.
It's the butter that'll make it a MARBLE CAKE.
In some receipt they use also milk.
