Assalam alaykum. Thanks so much for the video. Please I noticed you didn't talk about adaptability selection factor. Please what is that about? Also is the IELTS to be written general or academic? When applying all the should all selection factors be done by the husband and wife for instance. E.g both writing the IELTS or analysing their degrees under WES. Thank you.
Waleikum Salam. Thank you for watching. I did mention in the other section how to boost your CRS score. I said it is just two things. Siblings point and the spouse writing the English test / eca.
But to answer your questions, the IELTS to write is general. For the selection factors. The main thing applies to the main applicant. So whoever it is must do all and excel well in it. But the spouse can either do Wes or IELTS. But if the score isn’t sufficient they can proceed to do both.
So it all depends on their state in the pool. But I say it all score matters 💯

In the age aspect, It means from 35 and above, no Express Entry for them.

No. it does not mean no express entry. they just have to find a means to boost their CRS score. in my next video i will be talking about that. no doors are shut regardless of age

Secondly, I am married but I have not been using my husband name officially but have a marriage certificate, hope I won't have any problem with IRCC and at the embassy that I'm not bearing my husband's name.
My int'l passport carries my father's name. now I have changed my name to my husband's name I have news paper publication and an affidavit to that effect. My question now is should I register my WES with my husband's name and also my express entry application. Pls I need your guidance. Thank you
old name new name, nothing matters! use the name on your passport and make affidavit for others to say you are one and the same. ircc doesn't care much for names like we do in Nigeria, just make sure all are regular and there is no discrepancies
Does the application have age limit? Like people between late thirties and forty years of age are not eligible to apply?

For express entry, age reduces score.
But there are other pathways. PnP increases your chances if you get nomination. So no one is left out. Its the ability to find which will work for you.

It’s easy. Google Wes online and start your application. Your school need to send your transcript to Wes.

No i am not saying that, there is always a way for each person regardless of age. Just find which is suitable for you

Only for work places you are claiming points for. Others in your personal history are not needed.

Amazing content. I am undergoing my Masters Program at the moment and will graduate in September. Do you advise me to wait until graduation to evaluate my MSc result to get a higher score or i should go ahead and evaluate my first degree.
Secondly, I have an IELTS in Academic, is it compulsory that the IELTS should be general or Academics can work as well.
please go ahead and evaluate, you can always upgrade your wes while in the pool, you never can tell you might get nominated for pnp by just been in the pool.
and No! it has to be ielts General. for immigration not Academics.

Honestly, Easy is relative. You might be lucky and get one willing to give you LmIA but if you don’t then problem.
So it’s better if you have a trajectory, figure things out before making a decision to come on a TRV and convert to Work.

Waleikum salam. You need to evaluate both to get 2 or more certifications for the purpose of Immigration. So you need to upload both.

So, WES Evaluates the highest degree so you are good to go with your masters only with WES.
Yes, you can use the support worker NOC if you find it. but make sure the Job is a full one year and you can get a reference letter from the company and also, it will be your primary while others will be your secondary NOC to claim for 3years.
if that will be a problem, your 3years stands in Nigeria too.
for the Highest score for ielts, when calculating your crs score you should be able to get that, i don't have that you can also google that out.
Highest point for HND is 2 or more certificate. this is taking your ND into consideration.
@@suleeha Thank you so very much for this detailed information. I will just use my UK masters for WES and my Nigeria work experience. For the IELTS, I will rather have to rewrite it. My scores are: Writing- 6.5, speaking, Reading and listening- 5.5. I will rather rewrite, I don't think this scores will work and moreover, it academic not general. Thanks so much

just an undergraduate degree use to cut it before but now it has become very competitive with just that, people are doing so much to boost their scores. if you 'don't acquire masters do other things

Your school has to send it. Also the transcript for immigration is different from the school one. But if you have already created a portal with WeS reach out that you want to change for immigration. Because they already have your transcript you would not need to go back to your school to request, they have your records

It doesn’t work that way, you still need to find how you can and which pathway is for you to migrate through.

But then the Teer is 1 and Noc for law is 41101. You submit Reference letter Post ITA meaning after you have been invited to apply for PR.

After Wes, nothing more. But If you are going for MLT Canada Licensure is CSMLS ( Canadian Society for Medical Laboratory Science) For Immigration, you need WES Document by Document, for CSMLS Licensure, is Course by Course Evaluation
@@suleeha Thanks. So do the WES also do the course by course evaluation for the CSMLS Licensure or l need another body to do it. Almost all the provinces demand a license and am required to have a a Canadian license before l choose MLT as my profession . This is my major challenge now.

Yea you can create a masters degree.
But questions like IELTS, evaluation for your degree all of that. Is how you can create a profile. You can then subsequently boost your crs score👍

Look for the school and apply. Same procedure but as an eu citizen. You can explore the option of IEC Working visa

Under the work experience i haven't worked for a year under an employer as a pharmacist but rather i have run a pharmacy business as a supritentent pharmacy for 4 years. The pharmacy is owned by me actually. Will that still count for work experience? Please i need your personal like or whatspp number for guidiance
You can apply as a self employed under the EE. With your business if you have your paperworks

And it states that if am applying as a self employed immigrants I should know that relocating to Canada I have to be self employed when I get there. Does that mean I cant get a job there? As a pharmacist even in Nigeria it's not easy setting up a pharmacy licencing and all not to talk of setting up a pharmacy in Canada on arrival of course I will need to get their own licenses write there exams and all. Just need clarity if I apply as a self employed person does that mean I can take any job for the main time to sustain myself before I get licenced over there.
