At 16:50 to 17:25 though, being denied entry into the United States is not one that counts as part of your refusals that needs stating if in the future you decide to apply for entry again. It's an Administrative Refusal yet all in all you explained the concept as it is and any layman can rightly understand.

If your a student to to the UK. If you're past that go to Canada.

UK education system is far superior. My daughters born and raised in the uk moved to Canada aged 12 and 14 and are about 2 years ahead in Canada in terms of schooling. Technology is far more advanced in the uk. Banking systems etc are way ahead. UK universities are far more prestigious than Canadian ones.
