- You might have seen this flourish performed in movies like the sting or casino royale, or when watching poker on TV. Impress your friends or family with this fun technique to shuffle poker chips. It can also be used for coins and other small disk like objects.

lol, im sitting ready to learn it and he pulls at the excact same pokerchips as mine and goes "theese are rugh, plasticy and heavy, there hard to do it with"
Same lol
Me too
lmaooo same
I have the exact same chips and it works great for me
@Zayn Hayes lol
The sounds of the chips are so satisfying...... Ooooooohhhhhh
Its annoying when all 9 people are doing it the poker table for hours non stop.. if your thinking about wheather you should call or raise or fold its fine but the whole time its annoying in my opinion.. then again everything you do gives yourself away too your opponents..
@@cryptonator1988 Everything you do at the poker table conveys information.
I'm an actually shocked at the lack of coordination I have with my hands.
Thanks for the video. I'm going to practice
Easily the best video out there. Thanks for explaining what each finger should be doing. Lots of people don’t mention that you should rotate while finishing the stack
That rotation ( which is missing from EVERY other vid I watched ) has made ALL the difference. Thanks !
HONESTLY once he mentioned that I was able to do it so much easier
yep same
Very well done...Explained and demonstrated nicely!!!
Thank you!!!! The rotation of the thumb is the trick....great video my friend
Me: using the rough crappy chips on a wooden table…
Great video! I think I'm using the wrong or (harder) chips that I got in a kit. They are pretty heavy, but your video pointed me in the right direction.
this is the best shuffling chips tutorial on the youtube
Best shuffling tutorial I’ve seen in CZcams. No one else mentioned the thumb and pinkie rotation.
Great video. Your advice to move the pinky and thumb together really helps with larger stacks.
Has it all: the table, the materials, and the fingers motions
Best tutorial I’ve seen on here
I really enjoyed the difference of a professional poker player explaining this, and you, a magician, explaining this.
This video has given me the last bit i needed with the rolling of pinky and thumb. You were able to get much more technical than the pro poker player, who probably has done this action wayyyyy more than most magicians.
Enjoy the difference of experience vs expertises. love it. thanks.
The thumb pinkie push together thing is what gave me the most success. Thank you, most people for any skill don't think about minute details that assist with completing the task.
oh my goodness i was struggling really bad and as soon as i did this it worked!
The inward turn tip is definitely the missing piece! Great video man
Great tutorial. Thanks
Hey how are you. So whats the name/weight/material of the chips u are using. Any of those infos would help out thank you. I need me smooth chips like those.
Very good....I watch first video on CZcams pokar chep shuffling.
Great video dud....Keep up it..
Thanks I had only the bad chips at home and tried and tried but don't realized that I had the wrong chips. xD
It is very hard to find perfet chips, shooth like to do tricks like that. Can you tell the size, weight & dimmenisons the cips you are using (plastic or clay)
Hello. What material are these chips?. Thank you
I'm pretty certain La Chiffre in Casino Royale does the chip flip, not the shuffle. But you'll see pro poker circuit players shuffle a lot.
What the chips did you use on the video?
How do you actually insert each chip between each other equally? I always end up shoving 2 chips in between the gaps. So mine would be with 6 chips, Red, Blue, Blue, Red, Blue, Red.
I need that satisfaction of filling them evenly.
Are they clay, 13 gram poker chips?
the best
If the chips are so important, please tell us where we can get them.
Well he did he told you just the suggestions to make it the easiest
You are giving away my secrets!
What are the best chips?
im stuck on the starting position, I can’t pick the chips up with it
Aha, it was that pushing in motion of thumb and pinkie that I was missing. As soon as I did that my shuffle went from chaotic to flawless. Thx!
Are those poker chips on Amazon? Can you link them on description
No, they were custom made by a Zazzle storefront.
I didn’t give up because the tutorial was bad, I gave up because I’m bad
Same my hands are small so I can’t do it
This guy must be a good guitar player
where can i find those poker chips they look awesome
You can't. They were custom made by and sold on Zazzle by a storefront called "Designs by Rachel". That storefront has since been shut down, and these chips can no longer be purchased.
Where can I get those good chips
I know this video was 6 years ago but thank you so much 🥲 have watched every video and this is the only one taking about the thumb and pinkie spin and coming together. Hope you are doing well
cool
I always wonder if it's possible to do this with coins
You failed to mention the pressure in each finger. I feel like that is the solution to my sloppy way of doing it.
I can't do it and been playing for 20 years. It hurts every muscle in my wrist when I get it right.
what material of your chips?
Those look like a polyethylene based plastic. They're just cheap plastic poker chips.
so the first steps is tom lift the middle finger up? :-)
Shuffling of chips is the opposite of annoying to me. It is ASMR to me.
I'm pretty good at shuffling, can do it about 85% of the time, but with the pinky/thumb mention, I'm going at more like 98%, thanks!
Please watch casino royale onother time
WHAT POKER CHIPS ARE THESE????
I uhmm... ok so... the first time I ever touched chips I was at my uncle's house and he was gonna teach me to play poker. I did this shuffling of the chips without even thinking about it, and he got mad and told me to stop.
Your uncle's a smart man. I can't even watch WSOP due to their incessant chip shuffling.
Where do you buy that chip ?
You can't. They were custom made by a Zazzle storefront called "Designs by Rachel". They no longer exist.
Does it work with clay chips?
Yes. It will work with literally any chips (including ceramics).
2:49 This is so difficult, I can't separate my ring and middle finger flexibly
what poker chips are those? The "good" ones I mean
If you want actual good casino quality poker chips, you can buy ex-casino chips (Paulson chips), or search 'classic poker chips'. They're both made from clay, and they're lighter than plastic or "ceramic" (which are also plastic). The look, texture, weight, etc. is noticeably different and much nicer. They're much more expensive, but if you plan to buy a chip set and keep it forever, may as well get something of higher quality. Classic poker chips even lets you customise the chips, from colour to spots to the inlay. They're obviously even more expensive, but they should last a lifetime. You can always buy a sample set to see how they feel, and I'd highly recommend that. Poker chips is a very expensive hobby, but unless you're looking to collect multiple sets, there's no reason to buy more than one initial set.
@@snoweh1 Don't short sell ceramics. The quality of BR Pro Poker chips is through the roof. For those not willing to pay $2 for CPC (or slightly cheaper for used Pausons), BR Pro ceramics are an excellent buy; and (in my opinion) are the best "middle market" chips in existence.
I actually used the other chips you showed as a negative example to learn it. I can do it now with 16 chips. Now i would like to move towards the better chips. Do you have any tips on what chips i should use?
I would try with ceramic chips instead of clay. A bit more expensive though
Yes. Great example of fantastic chips would be anything from BR Pro Poker. They make the finest ceramic chips in all of America (the world in my personal opinion).
My stack keeps falling apart. Why?
well then. i sit down to learn and he pulls the exact same chips i have to show what not to use lmao
Haha. Yeah. I've had some cheap and heavy Brybellys the last couple of years. I'm looking for some nice Ceramics and he just validated my reason.
we didn't start the fire
But he did the thumb roll trick
Is anyone seeing the poker chips in 2 d
Reviewbrah?
Excuse me le chiffre or Madse miklsn did not shuffle the chips
Well I have exactly the poker chips u are not supposed to use, so bye bye professional poker carrier
Same dude... all hopes crushed so early into the video
Ill just give up poker. Nvm
My dad can do this! I am 8 and I build things out of poker chips on my channel.
Atrocious spelling
