How to shuffle poker chips (like a professional)
You might have seen this flourish performed in movies like the sting or casino royale, or when watching poker on TV. Impress your friends or family with this fun technique to shuffle poker chips. It can also be used for coins and other small disk like objects.

I know this video was 6 years ago but thank you so much 🥲 have watched every video and this is the only one taking about the thumb and pinkie spin and coming together. Hope you are doing well
Thanks I had only the bad chips at home and tried and tried but don't realized that I had the wrong chips. xD
Best tutorial I’ve seen on here
Has it all: the table, the materials, and the fingers motions
I really enjoyed the difference of a professional poker player explaining this, and you, a magician, explaining this. This video has given me the last bit i needed with the rolling of pinky and thumb. You were able to get much more technical than the pro poker player, who probably has done this action wayyyyy more than most magicians. Enjoy the difference of experience vs expertises. love it. thanks.
Is anyone seeing the poker chips in 2 d
2:49 This is so difficult, I can't separate my ring and middle finger flexibly
Great video. Your advice to move the pinky and thumb together really helps with larger stacks.
I always wonder if it's possible to do this with coins
It is very hard to find perfet chips, shooth like to do tricks like that. Can you tell the size, weight & dimmenisons the cips you are using (plastic or clay)
well then. i sit down to learn and he pulls the exact same chips i have to show what not to use lmao
Haha. Yeah. I've had some cheap and heavy Brybellys the last couple of years. I'm looking for some nice Ceramics and he just validated my reason.
What are the best chips?
Atrocious spelling
Reviewbrah?
Hello. What material are these chips?. Thank you
Where can I get those good chips
WHAT POKER CHIPS ARE THESE????
The inward turn tip is definitely the missing piece! Great video man
im stuck on the starting position, I can’t pick the chips up with it
I can't do it and been playing for 20 years. It hurts every muscle in my wrist when I get it right.
This guy must be a good guitar player
Shuffling of chips is the opposite of annoying to me. It is ASMR to me.
cool
Great tutorial. Thanks
the best
Great video! I think I'm using the wrong or (harder) chips that I got in a kit. They are pretty heavy, but your video pointed me in the right direction.
Does it work with clay chips?
Yes. It will work with literally any chips (including ceramics).
What the chips did you use on the video?
Ill just give up poker. Nvm
Hey how are you. So whats the name/weight/material of the chips u are using. Any of those infos would help out thank you. I need me smooth chips like those.
where can i find those poker chips they look awesome
You can't. They were custom made by and sold on Zazzle by a storefront called "Designs by Rachel". That storefront has since been shut down, and these chips can no longer be purchased.
I'm pretty certain La Chiffre in Casino Royale does the chip flip, not the shuffle. But you'll see pro poker circuit players shuffle a lot.
Damn Homie Just Shuffle The Shit And Stop talkin
My stack keeps falling apart. Why?
Speak the fuck up
I didn’t give up because the tutorial was bad, I gave up because I’m bad
Same my hands are small so I can’t do it
Where do you buy that chip ?
You can't. They were custom made by a Zazzle storefront called "Designs by Rachel". They no longer exist.
Best shuffling tutorial I’ve seen in CZcams. No one else mentioned the thumb and pinkie rotation.
Me: using the rough crappy chips on a wooden table…
I'm pretty good at shuffling, can do it about 85% of the time, but with the pinky/thumb mention, I'm going at more like 98%, thanks!
Are those poker chips on Amazon? Can you link them on description
No, they were custom made by a Zazzle storefront.
Please watch casino royale onother time
But he did the thumb roll trick
Excuse me le chiffre or Madse miklsn did not shuffle the chips
what material of your chips?
Those look like a polyethylene based plastic. They're just cheap plastic poker chips.
what poker chips are those? The "good" ones I mean
If you want actual good casino quality poker chips, you can buy ex-casino chips (Paulson chips), or search 'classic poker chips'. They're both made from clay, and they're lighter than plastic or "ceramic" (which are also plastic). The look, texture, weight, etc. is noticeably different and much nicer. They're much more expensive, but if you plan to buy a chip set and keep it forever, may as well get something of higher quality. Classic poker chips even lets you customise the chips, from colour to spots to the inlay. They're obviously even more expensive, but they should last a lifetime. You can always buy a sample set to see how they feel, and I'd highly recommend that. Poker chips is a very expensive hobby, but unless you're looking to collect multiple sets, there's no reason to buy more than one initial set.
@@snoweh1 Don't short sell ceramics. The quality of BR Pro Poker chips is through the roof. For those not willing to pay $2 for CPC (or slightly cheaper for used Pausons), BR Pro ceramics are an excellent buy; and (in my opinion) are the best "middle market" chips in existence.
I uhmm... ok so... the first time I ever touched chips I was at my uncle's house and he was gonna teach me to play poker. I did this shuffling of the chips without even thinking about it, and he got mad and told me to stop.
Your uncle's a smart man. I can't even watch WSOP due to their incessant chip shuffling.
My dad can do this! I am 8 and I build things out of poker chips on my channel.
we didn't start the fire
Well I have exactly the poker chips u are not supposed to use, so bye bye professional poker carrier
Same dude... all hopes crushed so early into the video
