â@justdessertsgaming7609 don't need any license at all. Just check with your local pd to see what the ebike restrictions are in your area. Some are under 20mph some have now and some go off the class of ebike /scooter it is.

Very cool. I got a warning in my area for going 30. I was informed that 25 is the legal limit for any non registered electic vehicles. Honestly I think he was just curious to see what I was riding. The officer was very cool about it though and sent me on my way within about 5 minutes.

MN State Patrol and County Sheriff's are almost always chill, as soon as I hit park I get my DL, Insurance in hand in their sight slightly out my window with my driver rear window down and interior lights on...and a calm "good evening/morning/afternoon Officer/Sargeant" only 1 ticket from them in 25yrs of driving...it's the bored small town cops that are hit or miss here...but if you can pull off into a vacant lot and chat with them for a bit they all usually lighten up just for you being respectful to them....

I try to push off court by like two months by then They've given tickets out across the state they aren't gonna come in. it's those small towns you have to watch out for. cops come in, the judge is basically a robot, and if you can find the one local lawyer in town they try to charge you an arm and a leg and don't hook it up like the big city ones. the big cities sometimes have a pre trial prosecutor and If you find a lawyer who's in it good with them you can get away with a lot of stuff. had a reckless dropped which should have just been an exhibition ticket with a promise I drive clean for a year

Little did he know we had renewed our plates. Dude was so happy he didn't have to write us up and was just as cool as this cop. If you are cool and do it alright, most cops will return the favor, they just don't want to see you turned into skin soup đ
