Russian war crimes against the children of Ukraine😢

The OSCE report details the commission's findings of crimes by Russian forces, including the discovery of torture chambers at a children's camp in Bucha. The report found “numerous violations” of international humanitarian law that constitute war crimes. According to an October UN report, Russian troops are responsible for the vast majority of war crimes committed in Ukraine. According to a statement by ICC Chief Prosecutor Karim Khan, there are reasonable grounds to believe that both war crimes and crimes against humanity were committed in Ukraine.
