😡“Destruction”: Russians in Mariupol advertise the sale of apartments in which Ukrainians lived

A propaganda film about the housing market in Mariupol has gone viral on social networks. It asks the question: is investing in “destruction” profitable? The Russian army almost completely destroyed the city.
At the end of January, excerpts from a documentary film dedicated to the real estate market in occupied Mariupol began to circulate on TikTok and X (formerly Twitter). The Russian army captured the city in the spring of 2022. During two and a half months of siege and incessant shelling, it was almost completely destroyed, along with the Azovstal metallurgical plant, where the Armed Forces of Ukraine held the defense. After the annexation of part of the Ukrainian territories, the Russian authorities began to actively rebuild Mariupol, covering up the traces of war crimes.
Nothing stops the scum - not the fact that the apartment does not belong to them, not the deplorable condition of the housing due to shelling, not even the personal belongings of the real owners.
A highchair, toys, photos - the Russian “journalist” who came to shoot a “positive” video about the real estate market in Mariupol does not think about the fate of the people who lived here. What happened to them: were they forced to flee under fire, or perhaps buried in the courtyard of the same house?
It is very profitable to buy such housing, the “realtor” assures. The occupiers are not ashamed to live in stolen apartments in a dead city - but they are by the sea.

В соцсетях завирусился пропагандистский фильм о рынке жилья в Мариуполе. В нем задают вопрос: вложиться в «разрушку» - это выгодно? Российская армия почти полностью уничтожила город.
В конце января в тиктоке и иксе (бывший Twitter) стали распространяться отрывки из документального фильма, посвященного рынку недвижимости в оккупированном Мариуполе. Российская армия захватила город весной 2022 года. За два с половиной месяца осады и непрекращающихся обстрелов он был практически целиком разрушен, вместе с металлургическим комбинатом «Азовсталь», где держали оборону военнослужащие ВСУ. После аннексии части украинских территорий власти РФ стали активно застраивать Мариуполь заново, заметая следы военных преступлений.
Мразей не останавливает ничего - ни то, что квартира им не принадлежит, ни плачевное состояние жилья из-за обстрелов, ни даже личные вещи настоящих владельцев.
Детский стульчик, игрушки, фото - российская «журналистка», приехавшая снимать «позитивный» ролик о рынке недвижимости в Мариуполе, не задумывается о судьбе людей, которые здесь жили. Что с ними случилось: вынуждены были бежать под обстрелами или, может, закопаны во дворе того же дома?
Очень выгодно покупать такое жилье, уверяет «риелтор». Оккупантам не стыдно жить в украденных квартирах мертвого города - зато у моря.
