Tfs this wonderful and very tasty recipe for beef neck bones. I just happened to buy some on sale then realized I didn't even know how to cook them. So I searched on CZcams and your recipe was the first to pop up. I don't use/have the same no-salt seasoning as you but I do have my Uncle Lou's Corruption which isn't as salty as most all purpose seasonings and it works out just fine for me. Plus I like the idea of baking them in the oven. I plan on seeing if I can make a gravy out of the drippings. Got my fingers crossed
