It’s another beautiful day and and let me tell you guys the other day I took my son to Panda Express, haven’t been there in a while I guess because I asked for my favorite SWEET FIRE CHICKEN and I was told it was discontinued!!! Like what? When did this happened? ‼️fry the onions and bell peppers two minutes before adding the pineapple!!!
Ingredients:
For the chicken
2 lbs chicken breast;small pieces
1 egg
2 tbsp oil
1 1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
For the coating
3/4 cups cornstarch
1/4 cup APF
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
My Sweet Chili sauce
1/2 cup water or pineapple juice
2 tbsp vinagre
2 tbsp Sambal Oelek chili paste
3 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp fresh ginger
2 minced garlic cloves
1 tsp chili flakes
1/4 tsp salt
You will also need
Slurry- 2 tbsp cornstarch 2 tbsp water
1 large red bell pepper
1 onion
20 oz pineapple chunks
1 serving of love 💕
