Definitely! But even so, Adam STILL wronged her. Yes, abusive partners are very easy to trigger and most of the time it's not even due to anything remotely incriminating ie simply replying to a text from a friend.
However, the fact that as soon as this happened and Adam didn't get what he wanted from her, he fired her and didn't utter a word. During that time, a job of that caliber could've gotten her out of that situation quicker and save her from further trauma.

okay, not only is adam totally at fault here but so are the women. when adam when he said that his marriage with bahati was over, they didn't question it one bit? they didn't ask more questions to clarify or message bahati to try and confirm? a guy I knew got married right after high school and messaged me on instagram several years later. I thought he was still married so I questioned him about it and he told me they hadn't finalized the divorce yet but they were very much broken up. I still messaged a couple of his friends just to confirm. turns out they HADN'T broken up at all. at the very least the girls could have been more wary or let bahati know. feels like they took his word for it just because they wanted to sleep with a celebrity.
