- The new Bentley Continental GT impressed me the first time i drove it but this time i get to spend an entire weekend with the 6.0L W12 Bentley doing what it does best - crossing continents! I drive to Spa in the new 2018 Continental GT for the 24hr race and got to enjoy a few laps with the new Bentley before the race started!

James I lived in Trier, Germany for 13 years in the 80s and 90s....the main highway from Trier to Belgium went through Spa. And part of the highway was on the track! The portion that you showed, the bit past the starting grid and the uphill just after! At the top of that climb at the turn was where you entered/exited on the highway. On the other end it was where you do the right turn to go toward the starting grid. It was so much fun! Back then I had a 325i tuned by Zender!

Awesome video. Be great to get your thoughts on the Bentley Continental GT vs the Aston Martin DBS Superleggera. When spec-ed right, the new Conti GT interior is just so hard to beat IMO.
Good content. SPA its one of the best race tracks in the world and that Bentley feels like an very expensive car.
Btw your TDF deserves a circuit like Spa, Silverstone or Monza. It would be epic. Waiting for more enjoyable content as you usually do James.
Spa and the Ring are the two most flowing driver's circuits ever made. They allow you to open up a car, as opposed to challenging its brakes constantly.

That brake assist thing where it stopped for you is great.. i love this car, but have no desire to go on a race track ever. Travelling around regular roads you do not race and if you need brake assist, it will probably only cut in a couple of times a year and the point of the car is to be relaxed and get places relaxed and quick
I actually really love the lite wood/tan interior. Its cool and classy at the same time.

To have the feeling and sensations off track ondulations in games you have to use VR headseats.
They completly transform the experience off the car on the track and the imersion.
You should consider the VR headseat instead of a tv James when building the simulator rig! :)

I have to admit though, that car looks absolutely amazing, and I would imagine that driving it would have to be unreal as well. Almost wish I had the extra cash to be able to afford one, though I think I would rather spec a Mclaren before I spec'd one of those. ;-)

I get what you mean about the dark blue exterior colour but I must admit this car looks cool in silver... I think I would also be tempted by dark green too.
