A plastic radiator grille on a expensive Bentley😱. That will be for safety frontal impact for if you ever hit a pedestrian head on.

Amazing! If bentley has managed to make a center screen with three faces, that are all 360 degrees apart, they must be operating in a higher dimension. Very impressive.
Is the 2-Litre bottle of water test in the side door bins, relevant? I’ve driven many cars large, and small, and I don’t think I’ve ever walked a away from a vehicle due to its inability to carry large amounts of water in the doors. For £202,000 frankly, I would expect someone to meet me at every stop with a camel.

James I'm not a real fan of the way you do things in your reviews but one thing for sure is that you have a different personality to all other petrol head reviews and you just bring something different and classy to vehicle reviews. Good job and keep it up.

Good Review - I really love the shape of the Continental and unlike other cars within the VW group it, it has retained some originality, in essence it still feels like a Bentley.
Real beauty! ...inside out! I will appreciate basic Technical specs on a PC screen ...and current price
My favorite car in production today. Amazing machine.
03:50 Veneers do match up in all three BC's I've seen, as on this one too. It only happens on the dials side. Probably because the wood is real, so only one side can match up -the one you see when you're IN the car. Otherwise we'd have reason to suspect the grain is printed.
Even Louis Vuitton can't get monogram to click on every side of the trunk, it's got to be off or inverted somewhere.
I can't believe they'd let the ski hatch come off in your hand !

the veneers dont match up perfectly, because the next sequenced sheet of veneer was used on one of the other two sides. That is as close as it could get

What a car. Stunning. The Continental GT has been reviewed on CZcams in Red, Blue and now this green one. All stunning. Not sure the tan leather looks good. I hope I can afford this one day.

What a beautiful colour though! I remember seeing the first generation (pre-facelifted) Continental GT here in Banja Luka (my hometown), about 10 years ago. It was driven by a guy from Montenegro and was painted in a colour similar to McLaren's Volcano Orange and my goodness, was it absolutely gorgeous!

But yes plastic, even the bently truck has plastic
It's probably so you don't kill anybody in a crash
And those things that hand you the seat belt, the housing around it …. plastic !!!

if it were hinged (the back compartment lid for the skies) it would have had to have either very very strong hinges to support quite a bit of weight, probably around 20 kgs at least or it would have the leather squashed against the rear console where the cup holders are. you'd be left with scuffed and deformed leather. I am glad it isn't hinged !
This is the best interior and exterior color combination.
One if the few cars where the interior isn’t full of cheap plastic, and the power of the car is there, it’s a fucking luxurious tank!

The reason this GT handles better than the last one is because the engine used to sit in front of the front axle, now most of it is behind the axle, thereby, reducing understeer.
Is That one the same road that car wow uses ??

It's not hinged to make more room for your skiing equipment (at-least I think so).

You can buy a MK 1 2004 for £11.000.up to £27.000 what makes this car different is its Porsche suspension,and handibililty,and fuel consumption.

You're left in no doubt that this is a footballers car.
Plastic grill and the interior is not a patch on the previous model, and those rear lights look just weird.
It's astounding how great a luxury GT this car is and how good it looks and the how ugly the Bentayga is in comparison. Nicely spotted with the veneers not lining up - I am quite sure that this detail is something that will be noted by Bentley since it is far from unsolvable. Good reveiw.

I honestly like the old one more I like the looks and I also kind a like the idea of being able to buy an old one and it looking like the new one if I was personally Bentley I would’ve changed it to keep the similar look but still be different enough from the old one but in my opinion this car just doesn’t look as good
