After attending a wedding anniversary in Bagori village, I set off to Gangotri Dham on my Domi. The Ganga Devi Temple, made of marble, is one of the most stunning temples in Uttarakhand. After exploring the temple courtyard and Bhagirathi Ghat, I ventured to the breathtaking Surya Kund and Gauri Kund.
My journey continued with a 2 km walk to the renowned Pandav Gufa, where I met a Sadhu who had lived in a cave for 16 years. Watch the complete episode of the Great Himalayan Ride to experience the unique lifestyle of the sages in these caves.

We had the same experience while on our trekking path from Gangharia to Valley of flowers. Those, sages are living in such a hard situation, but still the aura surrounding them are immense and the happiness in them is limitless, even without any facilities that we enjoy. It's the mind playing the role of our needs.
