    Turns out the driver front driveshaft snapped inside the knuckle. Didn’t get footage of it being replaced

    I can't believe you use the same rotor that's hilarious that thing was all crusty and crumbly and falling apart 😂

    You need to mention the socket sizes when applying them to the nut. Otherwise, you made a very good video.

    How different is the rear wheel bearings to change?

    • @BackyardGarage1
      @BackyardGarage1  Před 3 lety

      I am not sure. I think you have to use a slide hammer to pull them but I could be wrong

      @@prestoncampbell8748 TRQ and 1A Auto have videos on how to replace the rear bearings. I just did it yesterday. It's not difficult but you have to drain the differential and then pull out the axles on the side where you replace the bearing and seal. The bearing and seal are inside the axle and separate from the hub which is attached to the axle. If you're doing one side, you might as well do the other.

    Some times things just do not go right. Sounds like brake pads or assembly not tight. Fix it right away.

    • @BackyardGarage1
      @BackyardGarage1  Před 2 lety +1

      Nope it was the driver side cv. It blew out the bearings and snapped in half at the knuckle
