I really appreciate you guys doing these videos. It's so useful to both know how to make this process easier but also to know that the design choices were not arbitrary. I had to do a full teardown of my Ghad-39 the other day when it completely stopped working, likely because of a white primer mishap. It was so nice to be able to easily break down the airbrush by removing the cup, needle, nozzle assembly and all the rest. I loved the breakdown diagram and box art of my Ghad-39 so much, I cut the slip-cover art out and glued the pieces to the box lid outside and inside so that any time I open the box, the breakdown diagram is there. This makes my S&W airbrush (a much more expensive airbrush) case look like trash in comparison. Thank you for making such a great and affordable product. 🤍

I always have hard time with this part. Thanks for the video. I have the dual compressor with tank that is in this video. Really like it but I'm not a big fan of the airbrush holders. Would love to see a replaceable upgraded holder for purchase in the future. Keep up the great work.

Sorry, I own all three brands and there is no difference in feel due to the chucking levers. Only if you don't lube your airbrush and let it get really dirty do you experience that. But, the GSI Creos needle chucking guide does fit the Gaahleri airbrush so now my Gaahlei brush is better. The polished cup is a nice feature Gaahleri offers though.

@@Aces_Eights_Scale_Vision definitely a difference, just like there’s a difference between rubber and Teflon packing seals. Many Micron users revert to nitrile like the old ones came with. Better feel.
My airbrush plugs if I don't pull the trigger enough. I have to start with a large burst then quickly go to small. Makes small detail work difficult. Is it a thinning issue?
@@d9_1056 soak it in acetone if you have some. I assume you’re talking about a Gaahleri nozzle with a white Teflon seal. If it’s another kind of brush with a black nitrile o-ring on the nozzle then remove it first.
the chucking guide is stuck inside my airbrush- all the parts that I can tell are disassembled but that part won't come out. please help! it works but it's so annoying because I don't know what I did to make it stuck.

I buyed the GHAC-98 on Amazon. It looks great but another problem outside this video that I can't use it. Air blows out of the paint cup... WHY? I tested with paint, made a mess, tested after many times with water and disassembly and re-assembled 3 times making sure I put it all well together. I wondered at first with the split lever (if it was broken), watched this video. Still not working :( I don't know why air comes out of the paint cup. I really want this airbrush, but if I can't use it, I will have no choice to ask refund on Amazon. If you the reason why it is doing this, please tell me.
My suggestion is that you check if the nozzle's seal is intact. Try replacing the seal at the nozzle, then first install and tighten the nozzle before installing the needle. If the problem still persists, you can contact support@gaahleri.com, and our after-sales team will assist you in resolving this issue.
I had the same exact issue and found out there was no nozzle in the brush! I am pretty sure someone returned that same airbrush to Amazon but took out some parts. I was also missing two O-rings that comes in the plastic. I must have gotten that airbrush that was returned. I also did not have the safety label seal on the box. I ordered another brush and this time the box came with the safety seal. The person who took parts out of the box and returned it back to Amazon should be arrested and fined.

Somebody forgot to tell Iwata and GSI that integral chucking levers compromise trigger feel.
