I use the straight Classic controls. Still seems fairly easy but it doesnt allow for spin in mid air which adds some realism. If you want a true golf experience do a custom setup with all assist turned off. Its realistic but it will make you feel like an amateur for sure. I know from experience. Considering the game doesnt reward you with more XP for having the assist off, just make it a cakewalk and have fun...lol
Not good advice when putting. The power is suggested in the read. If it says it is down by 5 inches then you back up the distance by 5 ft. 90% of the time the line suggested is spot on. Putting is not by feel.
+Michael Chiovatero Dude, you read my mind. If you aren't playing Tour difficulty, it's shameful to shoot over par. The difference between normal and hard swing difficulty is HUGE. I literally can't miss a fairway on normal.
John Gulmi If you swing with the LS you tap a through the entire back swing and follow through, if you swing like I do with the RS you tap LB through the swinging motion. On Ps4 it would be LS and X or RS and L1 I as assuming.
how do I get the full swing? bottom left mine always says -2 or -3 short

Lame....all Assists on. What's the sense in that...actually tells you everything, you just need to hit the ball.
