Lockjaw is a bot that I wish I could really root for, but they disappoint so often because of design and reliability. Donald's Diesector was my all-time favorite bot from any season, but Lockjaw leaves a lot to be desired.

I think he just comes up with them on the fly, Faruq is a genius when it comes to making those lines, and he always executes them just the way they are expected to be said.

Donald usually drives better than that. It looks like Lockjaw wasn't functioning like it should. Donald is usually a good driver but his bots tend to lack endurance.
Lock Jaw does well sometimes and sometimes they don't.
Seems like every other year they do atleast decent, and some years they don't do well at all.

I will never understand why any bot runs exposed wheels. Tombstone can get away with it but Hypershock and Lockhaw can't
Because it prevents your wheels from getting pinned as well as preventing you from getting stranded on your side.
Covered wheels don't always pay off. LockJaw has 4, which is normally enough, but didn't have a good strategy here. Maybe should have used a taller wedge to break the under-cutter blade.
The closed captioning on this is laughably bad. :)

They put him there just because he's been there for a long time, but definitely should've been someone else as gatekeeper
@@ChompyMaster He was a gatekeeper because he won the Beta bounty tournament. Now if they do this tournament again, Ribbot would be a gatekeeper because it won the Lock-Jaw bracket.

Idiocracy (2006) rehabilitation, reminds me of this franchise; a court ordered stint of rehabilitation included modified-monster-trucks and a huge arena for inmates sentenced to run around and avoid one v one; every modification involved some oversized gimmick like a zamboni, mower, boring-machine, stump-remover, or jack-hammer: imagine the sentence served against these tiny nightmares.
You know putting a bot in the box there is a good chance it is wrecked. Did Riptide give them a few extra shots? Yes. Did they do anything against the rules? No. They may be jerks but BB needed a good villain

When I was a kid all I watched was discovery channel; nature shows. Today, I won't let my kids watch your channel, it's changed so much, all "reality tv" no nature! Bring back the educational content please!
