I fell off a ladder onto my side.
The bruising is black and it is quite swollen…I can bare weight and walk slowly.
I get twinges of pain at the front 😖
I’m just taking it easy today.
Avoiding Hospital because of waiting issues.

Bleeding under the skin that’s worse than a bad bruise will have noticeable, quick developing swelling and a darker color. If your skin is naturally a dark beautiful shade, the quick development of swelling could be bleeding.
It’s always best to have injuries with lots of swelling checked out sooner than later! Your mobility matters!

Yes. My Mom had some hip pain. X-ray of the area was completed by ortho doc and he said arthritis. She still was hurting after some treatment of above mentioned diagnosis. Her PCP did CT and it was her breast cancer which was 7 years in remission turned into cancer ♋️ n the hip

I fell down some concrete steps head first and rolled down to the bottom i did not go to the hospital (stupid i know), since then my symtoms have got worse. I allready have 2 prolapsed discs also and syatica pain plus the pins and needles in my feet and hands. Now i am thinking to myself what if i had a fracture in my left hip (the reason why i think that is because when i lay down o n my left side i get a really painful pain, it feels like cramp. Alo i get pain shooting up and down my spine and down to my legs from my buttox, if i dont get it sortednsoon i coyld quite easily end up in a wheel chair.

Mmm 🤔 I was jogging on 12/31, the back of both legs we’re getting sore 2.5 miles into my run. All of the sudden, I felt mild pain up the back of my leg, and a pop sound in my lower left buttocks. It feels okay with walking, but not so much with stretching- and I stopped running. Should I go in and have it checked out? Will it heal itself?

    • @evezford
      @evezford Před 3 lety +2

It could be a tear. To be sure you might want to have it checked out. Some tears need special treatment in order to fully heal. Your mobility is important!

Chronic back pain: 15 years of muscle spasms (middle back, right of spine)
Frequency of spasms: approx once every other month. Spasms lasting approx 1 week.
Possible causes: dehydration, trigger point (stress), menstrual hormones
Other possibly related issues: frequent bowel movements (average 4+ daily), 10 years rectal bleeding (no colonoscopy)
Nothing has helped ease the pain during spasm other than oxy (which I am against taking due to history of substance abuse)
Recently started: acupuncture, cupping, OTC posture supports (upper and lower support)
New pain: left hip (right in the ball joint- radiating towards the spine)
Lots of past trauma, PTST, depression, anxiety, ADHD
The spasms are debilitating.. anyone have insight or advice?
