- This brand new edit of the ConsciousTV interview combines Part 1 and Part 2 separate interviews into one with only John's voice re-mastered for maximum ASMR effect. This is the first ever interview with John Butler by Iain McNay of ConsciousTV (reproduced with kind permission) which has been watched 20m times and which launched the unexpected popularity of John Butler as genuine mystic and "sleepiest voice ever".
John says "I welcome ASMR with open arms and if people find my videos, which they call 'unintentional ASMR', give them an ASMR feeling then I am delighted and I feel totally at home with it." Many viewers say "I came for the voice; I stayed for the wisdom."

It's an interesting feeling when you realize that this man's stories and experiences are now immortalized on the internet. He'll always be listened to somewhere somehow.
Wait did he die

"He was a quiet man, an artist."
What a classic opening! That one is right up there with, "In a hole in the ground, there lived a hobbit."
very soothing and relaxing 😌
A very well done “re-master”
Appreciated - thanks. Phil
This is absolutely wonderful. Thank you John and Phil xxx
Gracias. Phil
Excited about this new channel John and Phil!!
Thanks Zach - so are we! Phil
Lots of wisdom we can extract from the senior citizens
Thank you! John is the best ASMR for us people that love hearing burps, throat gargles, and wet smacky lips!
BAHAHAHAHAHA!!! 😂😂😂
Yuck
Ew. Why do you have to make it weird? Weirdo.
Grimmmmmm
Is John still alive and well Phil?
Very much so - “he was a quiet man“ is John speaking about his father. Phil
@@unintentionalasmrjohnbutler Yes, I gathered that, it's just that someone commented recently that he's not put out a new video for a while. 🙂
What do you mean he was? He is still alive
“he was a quiet man“ is John speaking about his father. Phil
Is John no longer with us?
Apparently there are those who do not need drugs to experience an LSD trip
When we are looking into the light we are looking into the fullness of God the light of him instills in us his stillness peace joy and love Peter was lifted out of his dire circumstances by trusting in Jesus Christ coming to his aide on the stormy waters and looking into the silent but powerful light in his eyes
He was thrown into a world of little boys.......
Wasn't God Jesus, living among man?
Nope. Happy I could clear that up for you.
Yes
@@hczxc8935 He is, god is the father, the son (jesus), and the holy spirit. Stop being annoying especially when youre wrong
@@lapulga9000 Genuine question for you...have you ever wondered why none of the books of the New Testament make any direct reference to the concept of the Holy Trinity? It's something to ponder.
@@lapulga9000 Jesus is the messiah in one belief and a prophet in another, god in one and gods son in another
He is god in only one of many beliefs so the mean and the safer answer is NO
God is who the scriptures say He is. Seems like a nice man but he’s wrong about God. You can know God only through His Son Jesus Christ who died for the sins of mankind and rose from the dead, conquering over sin and death for sinners. Repent and believe the good news.
I know God through Butler’s smacklip ASMR and that’s enough good news for me x
Amen!! REPENT, and put your faith and trust in the Lord Jesus Christ for salvation!! The Lord Jesus Christ who is God in the flesh said these words: Most assuredly I say to you, unless you are born again of the Holy Spirit you cannot see the kingdom of God!
John 3:3
REPENT OR PERISH!!!
@@michaelhardy2658 thanks babe x
little bit worried I'll still perish even if i do repent...
@@michaelhardy2658 I’m not well versed in biblical scriptures but i am aware how there are contradictory statements in the bible
One in particular in seeing god and at the same time not being able to see god
Who or what is an old book to decide what god is
To reduce an infinite being to the scriptures of human beings thousands of years past
It seems incredibly disrespectful to god himself
God can do what god wants your and inconsistent and ever-changing book does not have a say
@@michaelhardy2658 do you know how insane your comment sounds to people who don't already agree with you? This isn't convincing anyone to convert to your religion. It's selfish.
John tries to sound so smart that he makes ZERO sense. He over explains simplicity.
What an awful take
He talks utter bollocks but people seem to like it
Agreed
@@TheSteelKingdom aww, bless. It ain't rocket science. It's just the same vague old "spiritual" babble that's been peddled to confused dimwits for decades. But, if it gives you an emotional stiffy, by all means enjoy.
I am not religious, but I completely agree with most points he makes.
