    By the looks of that nut, these guys worked on this thing pretty recently, and watching the repair, they will be working on it again in no time

      You better believe that. I so admire their dedication and hard work, but these repairs can't last more than a few hours, if that. Where are their dissassembly and assembly manuals. Parts book?? There is no telling how many seals and O-rings are left off in the re-assembly!! I feel sorry for these guys, but the old saying, "Igorance is bliss", still stands today!!

    they are not afraid of anything... , they are making difficult repairs of complicated machinery, and yet nobody there had an idea to make simple workshop lifting tools, transport chariots or proper workbench. Why? Do they really prefer backbreaking efforts of lifting heavy components bare hands and rolling gears in dust?

    This was one of the best repairs I have seen. All movements were correct and precisely executed. Surely the customer will be satisfied with the result and with the warranty of the workshop.

      I imagine that you are a painter or singer in a group, that's why you have no idea, this is one of the worst works of this that I have seen, more than anything because of the machining, there it is, without measuring, behind them they have the compasses to outdoors but they don't know how to use them

    they do a really good job, its pretty freakin hard to do repairs when you have a limited acces to tools and workshops......
    the repairs they do might not be approved or allowed here in the west, but it works for them..... they repair the parts, not just changing them....
    well done.

      @@scotabot7826 You've never done steer clutches in minus 30 degrees on a dozer in the field where things finally went kaput. Not everything is done at the dealer in a semi clean shop with all the right tools, you get shit done when it needs to be done, however, wherever and whenever. I'm positive these boys would work circles around most so called field techs and without a manual or factory support 800 number.

    At 14:00 just absolutely terrible work done. Terrible welds and fitment. That entire piece needs much more attention to detail and craftsmanship. And the weld simply came off the 1st time he hit it with a hammer, so he had to reweld it..

      You are right there , nothing looks to have been torqued up they are ramming the o rings in with a sharp screwdriver and as for the weld repair it won’t last five minutes, not properly gouged out and welded at the two holes it will just start cracking there again ,and how nobody is hurt I don’t know

    Rough as guts. If there was sealant used it was not shown, right at the end it looked like the new seal was damaged, chipped pinion tooth at 30:55. There is only one way to assemble those heavy parts and that's to lift to the right height then slide them in STRAIGHT. No jiggling around getting it on then trying to lift into place, that's how damage is done. If they can't afford a forklift then make something up to lift and hold.

    did any one notice the guy running the lathe doesn't know how to read a mike and is guess fitting that bearing , he never checked run out . The bearing surface was wavy full of worm tracks . That shaft was ruined .

      @@trouserfish9178 Define "relatively easy". It costs a cool billion dollars to separate enough Plutonium. The machinery needed is rather complex and dangerous. Developing an efficient implosion mechanism is no walk in the park either. The USA had to set off about 33,000 experimental dynamite explosions before they got the design close enough. Most people would not call 33,000 tries "relatively easy". Even with the dribbles of information that Pakistan had, they probably had to try a few thousand times first.

      Most of them are so hungry, after some minutes they can't hold their newest smartphone no longer, it falls off their hands and breaks on the floor.
      So sad.

    D8 ağladı be çok ilkel yöntemler 40 yıl gerideler rim gövdesi 90 ton basınçla presle baslması lazım frezeli konik göbek sıkışmadığı zaman çabucak bozulur hidrolik çektirme kiti şart yıllarca bu işi yaptım .

    I would have loved to see how the pulled the sprocket hub off and back on the tapered splines without the usual 100 ton puller required. I guess that's a big secret
