Hey thanks, Tom! Yeah still alive and starting to kick again. LOL On the mend from a couple of surgeries and getting back into things. Summer in WA came way early (89 degrees right now) so the ground is already dry enough to get to work. Thanks for watching!

It is fantastic to see a video from you and I hope you are good. Great job with the stump, you made that look very easy. The stump bucket looks like a tool that has to be used with care in order to avoid damage to the tractor
Hey mate, yes doing better and better. I'm glad we got an early summer here in WA so I can get back on the tractor sooner. You're right about the bucket, but it can be used safely on the tractor if you don't put undue stress on the loader. I go in steep just enough to piece the soil, then I flatten the angle to scoop a bit at a time. It's just like using a foot shovel, but on a larger scale. Thanks for watching and take care!

It’s great to see a new pale horse video! That stump came out amazing for you. I have always been on the fence about stump buckets on a compact tractor having enough force but after seeing a few videos with them in action it seems like the work pretty well. Take care David!
Hey Justin! Yeah that makes sense. I just try to use it the same way (more or less) that I'd use a foot shovel - so bigger is definitely better in this case. A couple of trees were tough enough that I had to saw the tap root, but I couldn't imagine trying to remove those trees with only a foot shovel and saw! Thanks for watching, buddy! :)

Thanks for the video. I’m currently looking at getting into an L3560 LE. I’m stuck between choosing the backhoe attachment on an open station or a factory cab. Both have their advantages but I just can’t afford them at the same time. I can however afford a stump bucket along with the cab and I’m leaning more towards that option. I can always add a backhoe in the future but it would be a lot harder and more expensive to convert an open station to a full HVAC cab in the future. Thank you for the video showing this attachment in action. I do plan on clearing out quite a few stumps and trees from my property and this looks like it would work fine for that purpose.

To bad you don't have a chain hook on that thing to pick those stumps up and move them after you pull them out. Thanks for sharing your technique. I have ordered one for my Kubota L2502 and look forward to using it.
You know, I always check to see if the stump is loose before I begin removal. I've had then just roll out of the ground and thought they were going to be a tough nut to crack. Take care....😮
Hey man. Yeah I check them first too. Out of the 25 or so stumps I've removed in the last couple of years, only 1 was loose enough to just push out. These firs really grab on, even in death. haha Thanks for watching :)
