I'm a doctor , and due to Corona, we didn't get a single break and have been working through the 3 pandemics and myself got covid twice ( 2nd time is current, just completed 6 days isolation today ). I feel u guys are lucky to sit at home for some time. So enjoy ur homestay.However, learnt baking and invested in actually high end oven and all oven basics. It helped me through this pandemic and that kept me happy through a low time.. So life always give opportunities.. great video by Chetan..

Even things that earlier I had excelled in began to feel soo difficult to do. However now things are still far from right but I am determined to fix these problems. While watching this video I opened a word doc and started noting what I needed to change and just stop worrying unnecessarily. I immediately got some clarity now on what needs to be worked on 1). Be more productive..spend more time preparing for my interviews and less on entertainment. 2). Talk confidently to people.. practice practice practice. 3). Exercise..taking care of health is the top priority. 4). Sleep.. NO wasting time on the phone at bedtime..get peaceful 8hr sleep.. after waking up also no using the phone for some time. 5). Pray .. relaxed mind is needed for focus and clarity.. positive affirmations to keep going.. Meditate daily for at least 10mins.

CA exam after 4 months , but not studying at all 2. loosen weight from 66 kg to 60 kg, but laziness and weight both increasing 3. relationship getting toxic, har din kisi na kisi se ladai ho rhi hai, mood swings high, WhatsApp dp changing every hour. all screwed up, this vedio came up at right time. Motivation delayed is motivation denied. Thankyou very much sir. 🙏
Think about the next steps as well. Only thinking about problem will make your condition more misrable. Like 1. Make a schedule for CA exam. 2. Start going to morning/evening walk/run (you can add this in your daily schedule as well). 3. Relationship you can manage by talking with calm mind and mutual discussion about yours goals, expectations from relationship, interest, etc.
