Some people decompensate due to lack of structure. Not scoring. For the t.a.t. you better know ego functions. We give an entire battery to validate diagnosis not just one test and do a clinical interview.
It doesn’t mean anything. It’s a fairly normal response. We can’t tell from just one response anyway. We don’t really look at the Content of the response, We look for other things like emotional reactions.
