    * Add mushrooms and minced meat, stir-fry for 5 minutes.
    * Once the meat is no longer lumpy, add five-spice powder and dark soy sauce for seasoning and color.
    * Stir-fry again to make the seasoning spread evenly through the ingredients.
    * Finally, add salt and white pepper to taste.
    * The main ingredients of the Bak Chang are ready, you can start preparing the Bak Chang.
    Prepare Bak Chang process:
    * Add oil to hot pan.
    * We first prepare the glutinous rice for the Bak Chang.
