He should’ve been in the final with petrozza. Both of them just got on with it and didn’t make any excuses. You could tell they had a good relationship throughout the season so it didn’t surprise me he did that.

I watch this episode when it aired and it got me a little teary eyed. People are constantly throwing one another under the bus or backstabbing one another on the show, but Bobby was a breath of fresh air. He nor Petrozza gave in to the drama.

Interesting. I've never watched Hell's Kitchen (aside from CZcams) but had to look him up. He made it to the very end! The black dude (Bobby) deserves props cause it looks like he helped him several times throughout.

He called himself the "Black Gordon Ramsay" and of course chef didn't take too kindly of it. Bobby was really cool and level headed throughout the show and didn't give to a lot of drama. I became a huge fan of his.

Bobby has earned my respect here. Pulling a teammate out of the dirt when they are down opposed to leaving them there and laughing is a very honorable move. He has integrity and leadership qualities which is what real leaders are made of. I wish him well in his endeavours as a Chef and hope he never loses that unique quality which makes him stand out as a true human being.

These guys call themself profesional chefs, yet they allow for bad food to be served. Its like, they make a mistake but they dont care, they still serve it. Thats very unprofesional. They dont want to accept their own mistakes and they do very little to correct it unless Gordom screams at them.

It's a high profit dish that fits easily on to high end menus, that while not necessarily easy to make is certainly trainable. It's the same reason you hear lobster and beef wellington a lot, people will gladly pay fifty to a hundred a plate for it, and you can train high end staff to chun it out for less then twenty a plate.
I always love how calm Scott was when Gordon's kicking stuffs.
