Love this session! So well explained and such a nice balance between slow demonstration catch on time to jumping right in. I'm finding I often rewind & replay the multiple move sequences bc they're fun and I'm not ready for them to end. Anyway - thanks for your easy listening, passionate & clear language skills. Great workout! What would be great too would be a full body 60 mins workout with capoeira conditioning that would be really great!
