- In this video we're going to do some conditioning with a basic introduction to entrada, queixada, and armada. These are a few fundamental positions and kicks that can be found in capoeira. This is more of a capoeira workout over technique building, but you will be shown beginner patterns and positions.

Awe man, this one is my favorite. I appreciate the slow and intentional attention to queixada and armada. Slowing down and focusing on form is something I need to work on and this hits it on the head. I am looking forward to your next series!
Doing a capoeira routine slowly as you have instructed is beneficial on so many levels. Athletic conditioning, injury prevention, to name a few benefits, are all efficiently packed into one martial art. Awesome video.

Very helpful; focus on the technique, balance, stretching and body movement associated with the kicks. Been doing these for couple of years and still learned much from your detailed instructions-and stretches that are related to the kicks. Also great music, setting and voice-over instruction!
